The Paraprofessional will work to enrich the students experience in class.
They will collaborate with Teachers and oversee students so that they get more hands-on attention and personalized help.

Multiple 1:
1 Elementary or Early Childhood Students Job entails IEP paperwork, classroom management, and small works organization.
Demonstrated ability to work well with others and understand individual students needs.
Ability to accurately record and summarize data as directed by the special education teacher.
Willingness to participate in pre and ongoing training programs.
Understand the individual needs of students as described in their IEP.
Must Haves:
Previous experience with children or students with special needs.
